Leadership Self Reflection Name Institutional Affiliation Date Introduction Self-leadership reflection is essential in helping a leader identify their leadership strengths and weakness. Through self-assessment a leader can therefore come up with personal developmental needs that should be adjusted to make a better leader in future. To establish information on leadership skills one should evaluate their interaction with managers subordinate and peers at the workplace. The feedback that one gets from these people point out to their style of leadership. This paper is an analysis of my beliefs principles values and behaviors as a leader. It seeks to answer the question on my leadership style and aspirations through a self-evaluation process. It reflects on my thought about my leadership and management style and also takes into account my perception of how other people view my style of leadership. The data is obtained from feedback from my managers co-workers peers and better leaders in future. After this self-reflection I have concluded that I will be conducting the assessment more frequently to help me grow my leadership skills. Using examples and research, justify at least three key insights from your study that you can use to enhance the ethical aspects of your leadership influence.
