F. Priority: What is the timeliness or urgency for resolving the issues involved in this process?
G. Benefits: What is the overall impact or benefit for Toyota in improving this process?
H. Cost: What are the costs to Toyota if the process is not improved?

A. Why do you think this process should be addressed, focusing on the process’s particular importance to Toyota’s organization. Identify 2 assumptions that support the relevance.
B. What are some of the innovative and sustainable solutions that could be developed to improve this process? The explanation should draw on 2 of the best practices and research in the field.
