What kind of relationship exists between the increasing black population in America and the increasing crime rates? The hypothesis for this scenario is Frustration-Aggression Hypothesis which suggests that frustration always leads to aggression when in a new environment and this may consequently lead to the black people finding them likely to make mistakes against the law.
