DIVERSITY CHALLENGE AT THE MCDONALDS ASIA Student’s Name Institution The challenge faced by McDonalds The McDonalds is one of the most successful companies on earth. It is a company that was opened in the United States back in the 1940’s (McDonalds 2017). originally the firm used to sell its products to the American citizens or the tourists who visited the nation. The company has always been able to sell a wide range of beverages that have been well reviewed by its most royal customers-even if some of the products that are sold by the firm have been castigated in relation to the levels of calories. As the firm continued to grow it made a managerial decision of opening up foreign outlets in Asia South America and Europe among others. Then, identify a company or organization that you believe has been impacted by this contemporary challenge. Write a minimum four page paper, with a cover page, and works cited page (in addition to the four-page minimum).

The paper should have four sections (headings in bold):
– The challenge faced by that company or organization (20 points)
– How management responded to that challenge (20 points)
– A critical analysis of management’s response, (20 points)
– How you would have responded to that challenge (20 points)

This paper should be written in APA format with a cover page, citations throughout the body and a works cited page.Your “Works Cited” page should be in alphabetical order, listed by author’s last name.
Document your research in the body of your paper by inserting the author’s name, in parentheses (e.g. Walker). Include page # or year after the author’s name. Include at least five outside sources, three of which should be scholarly journals (NOT Wikipedia or a generic Web site), but actual articles from journals like Journal of Business Ethics, Harvard Business Review, Academy of Management, etc.). The articles should demonstrate scholarly, critical business analysis (20 points)
