Since time immemorial the Afro American communities have experienced racial bias from the white community due to their color. Various authors have come out strongly to condemn the act and encouraged their fellow individuals from the black community on the importance of standing out tall and facing their abusers despite their origin. I Do” by Solange Knowles and the video “Formation” by Beyoncé have greatly depicted how brave women have become experiences of racial bias women empowerment and black pride that has kept most of the victims overcome this torture.
